Started playing guitar at age 14 and played guitar and bass in several bands
playing in Military Base USO clubs and Okinawan bars. Played lounge gigs in
Honolulu playing bass and guitar. Played guitar on a record on Hula Records
label which was aired on some local Hawaiian radio stations. Played with
members of the Air Force Jazz Band in Portland Oregon, where some of my
originals and other members compositions were featured.
